March 3rd to 9th,2008 in Bologna a full week dedicated to youg people, viewers and interpreters of the festival.
Youngabout – International festival youth and cinema, cured by cultural association Gli anni in tasca.
The Festival proposes films of rare intensity, not only for a young audience, but dedicated to everyone who wants to be involveds with strong emotions, viewing the big screen. The red line that joins the films -coming from all over the world- presented in this first edition of the Festival is the topic of the choice, so important for a critical age like adolescence.
Youngabout dedicates two special events to the cinematography of two important european countries: England ed Holland. Besides these thhere are two contest: the first for the movie section, and the second for the short films made by young boys, who partecipated to the competition made by the association Gli anni in tasca.
The winner of each sections, will be declared by a jury formed by young boys from bologna's high schools; there will be a money prize for movie section, and movie equipments for the short movies section.
All the films are played in original language with italian subtitles
